Paula’s Pet Sitting provides a unique service to our Pet Clients and their Owners. Our professional Pet Care Staff drives to our Pet Clients’ homes to care for them as instructed by their loving Pet Parents. We care for many animals: Dogs, Cats, Rodents, Birds (including chickens), Amphibians, and fish. Our pet sitters are Independent Contractors who will get a Tax Form 1099 at the end of the year.
In order to apply, applicants must:
- Live in the city limits of Midland, Michigan.
- Be over the age of 18.
- Possess a personal vehicle with a valid license and insurance.
- Have availability between the hours of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you choose to do overnights, the hours are from 9:15 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. The schedule fluctuates based on client needs and time of year. Holidays are exceptionally busy.
- Be available to cover every other weekend and holidays.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Be able to lift up to 60 lbs and walk dogs for up to 50 minutes at a time.
- Be willing to learn how to administer medications to our Pet Clients.
- Have no allergies to pets or their food.
